Founded by Ben Hocking and Mathew Monty, two of Australia's most experienced pickleball coaches, United Pickleball Coaching and Certification was built to set a genuine standard for how the game is taught. Every program we deliver is practical, evidence-based, and built by people who have done the work.

Getting certified is simpler than you think

Follow three straightforward steps, from enrolment through to assessment and approval, to become a recognised and lifetime-certified pickleball coach.

    Join & choose
    your level.

    Choose your certification level, pick a course date near you, and complete checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation with everything you need to prepare.

  2. Step 02

    Complete the course
    & assessment.

    Attend the in-person course, then pass the online multiple-choice assessment (Level 1) or submit your lesson plans for review (Level 2).

  3. Step 03

    Get certified &
    join the directory.

    Your certificate is added to your profile for download. Your annual membership is included, and your profile goes live on our global coach directory.
